Browning machine guns still fire after 70 years buried in an Irish bog !

The machine guns referenced in the headline belonged to a WWII British RAF Spitfire flown by an American, Ronald “Bud” Wolfe. The plane, purchased by a wealthy Canadian industrialist, went down in the vicinity of Donegal, Ireland, after and engine failure forced Wolfe to bail out.  How’s that for a survivability test?
