Streamlight® Inc., introduced the Orange Nano Light® as part of the company’s Lights for a Cause series of flashlights. The new light will benefit the Buckmasters® American Deer Foundation (BADF) community programs.
For every orange Nano Light sold, Streamlight, Inc will donate $1 to Buckmasters American Deer Foundation, which gives back to the community by supporting charitable projects such as hunts for the disabled, Life Hunts for children with critical illnesses and Project Venison. So this tough little light makes things a bit brighter for those in need.
“The Orange Nano Light is our way of giving back to the hunting community and helping to meet the needs of hunters with disabilities and others in need,” said Streamlight President and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sharrah. “BADF’s programs benefit so many in the hunting community, as well as those in need, and we are proud to be a part of their efforts.”
The tiny keychain light measures only 1.47 inches in length, but boasts a white LED that delivers 10 lumens. Fabricated from machined aircraft aluminum, the light runs up to eight hours, powered by four IEC-LR41 coin cells. The light’s parabolic-shaped LED area optimizes beam performance.
The light features a rotating on/off head switch, a non-rotating snap hook for easy one-handed operation and a double-sided FOB that features the BADF logo on one side and the Streamlight logo on the other side. The light boasts a 100,000 hour lifetime LED. It has an MSRP of $12.00.
