ITW Nexus North America introduced the new GT ZipLine Alpha & GT ZipLine Bravo featuring their patented GhillieTEX™ IR Signal Reduction Technology that offer the cloaking benefits of IR Signal Reduction, increased field durability and the high quality that has become synonymous with ITW Nexus.
The new GT ZipLine series is a (1) one-piece injection molded zipper/lanyard pull design which, compared to standard knotted paracord or other fabric type pullers, will provide a streamlined, clean and neat cord pull that does not absorb water or body fluids and can be easily installed in many configurations using half hitch/girth hitch knots. Available in straight or loop tab designs for both apparel and equipment applications. The GT ZipLine performance features are derived from their proprietary visco-elastic material & molding process, with the thick strand variants capable of 80lb tensile loads, and can be made in several different end configurations and strand thicknesses. They can be designed with built-in locking features for secure drape on multiple types of pullers/sliders.
The GT ZipLine is designed to be lightweight, robust, with programmable strength while maintaining thermal stability (-40F to 140F). By using their visco-elastic material, the ZipLine is wear/tear/fray/abrasion resistant.
The new GT ZipLine series come in MILSPEC Military color shades (Tan499 & Coyote Brown, other colors by request) and will be available NOW from ITW Nexus North America. Sold through ITW Nexus authorized distributors located on:
