One of several practical problems with adding a suppressor to your pistol is sight height. Trijicon has just addressed that pressing need with the introduction of its new night sight. The company has specifically designed the sight to rise above the suppressor tube for more precise control and shot placement.
The new sights will co-witness with Trijicon’s RMR red dot sight providing a comprehensive solution for use on a suppressed platform. Initial offerings will be for the ubiquitous Glock pistols; however, I’m fairly certain that SIG offerings are not too far behind. The new sight will be offered at an M.S.R.P of $145 and should be in the distribution channels by mid-June 2013.
