Viper is Level IIIA NIJ Certified in accordance with HPW-TP – 0401.01B against multiple impacts of NIJ Level IIIA 9 mm, .44 Magnum and .357 Sig. The helmet has also undergone testing to Mil-Std-662F for fragmentation performance – in accordance with the ACH Test Procedure. The Viper Helmet is available in Small/Medium (fitting hat sizes under 7¼) or Large/XLarge (fitting hat sizes over 7¼).
