The incident took place on or about 2 June 2015 when the company discovered that malicious software was introduced into their servers. The malicious software was detected and removed and the server was shutdown for security upgrades. The information maliciously accessed may include individual name, credit card number (including security codes and expiration date), e-mail address, website username and password.
