Silencerco announced an extended threaded barrel for the Glock 43. The new barrel requires a special piston that only works with the Glock 43 threaded barrel. Silencerco includes the piston and thread protector with the new barrel.
Note: Normal 1/2×28 pistons will not work with this barrel.
