In the beginning, Crimson Trace began business by machining and installing a red laser sight—the GLS-630—into a Glock pistol. Customers had to send their pistol to Crimson Trace for the modifications and installation. The affixed laser sight protruded from the front of the trigger guard after the install process. Two of Glock’s most recently released pistols—the Glock 42 and 43—can now be equipped with Crimson Trace’s award winning Laserguard® LG-443. This Laserguard is available with red or green lasers, and there are also Blade-Tech holster packages available that deliver a custom fit holster for firearms equipped with the Crimson Trace Laserguard. There are also Crimson Trace Lasergrips® that fit many Glock handguns models, including the Gen-4 full size models 17, 22, 31, 34, 35 and 37, plus the compact Gen-4 models 19, 23, 32, 26, 27 and 33. These Lasergrips feature rear activation and are designed as across-the-back installs.
Additional Crimson Trace Laserguard units, including model LG-452 with a green laser, will fit more than two dozen Glock pistols in the Gen-3 and Gen-4 groups. The popular LTG-736 Lightguard®, another Crimson Trace innovation, can be installed over the pistol’s trigger guard and co-installed with several other Crimson Trace products for a light and laser combination.
