Winchester’s New Expedition Big Game Long Range Ammunition


EAST ALTON, Ill., June 21, 2017 – Continuing with the goal of making ammunition selection easy for hunters, Winchester Ammunition introduces Expedition Big Game Long Range. The ammunition line includes an array of popular big game calibers built for the toughest hunts around the globe. In 2017, Winchester introduces six new additions designed for long-range accuracy, trajectory and terminal performance.
The new Expedition Big Game Long Range offerings include:

  • 6.5 Creedmoor – 142 gr.

  • .270 Win. – 150-gr.

  • 7mm Rem. Mag. – 168-gr.

  • .30-06 Springfield – 190-gr.

  • .300 WSM – 190-gr.

  • .300 Win. Mag. – 190-gr.

The knockdown power of Expedition Big Game Long Range is centered around Accubond® LR bullet technology. Featuring a polymer tip and bonded alloy lead core, the Accubond LR bullet delivers controlled expansion and deep penetration upon impact. The lineup also features nickel-plated shellcases to go along with the Nosler® bullet technology. Expedition Big Game Long Range comes 20 rounds to a box.
