The US Optics program is open to dealers who have a brick and mortar storefront and those who service the LE/Military and First Responder community (subject to territorial restrictions). The goal of this program is to develop a comprehensive network of commercial dealers that will expand IOP (individual officer purchase) sales of U.S. Optics LE products and make acquisition of U.S. Optics LE products easier for the Law Enforcement community, Military Personnel and First Responders. This program is intended for Individual Officers and approved customers to purchase at the retail level. Agency and/or Department sales are permitted. Sale or delivery of U.S. Optics LE products at gun shows is NOT permitted. Law Enforcement Distributor and/or SUB D will be subject to an audit of credentials for approved purchases.
