We would like to address questions we have been receiving regarding COVID-19 and how it will impact our business and customers. Being located in the state of Washington, we are at the forefront of the fight against this virus and are subject to some major changes being made by our local government, including yesterday’s decision to close down K-12 schools for the next 6 weeks. We will try to keep this quick and concise as it relates to you.
First and foremost, our top priority is the wellbeing of our employees, their families and loved ones. We are a family first business and will treat this situation with that mindset. Accommodations are being made for those who’s families are affected by the changes here in WA.
With that being said, we are approaching this with a customer focused mindset at the same time. Our leadership team is working around the clock to make sure the decisions we make internally have no impact or as minimal of an impact as possible to our customers. We have an amazing team companywide that is rallying around the situation…working extra time, adjusting shifts, all in an effort to ensure we continue to provide the service to our customers that they expect and deserve. We do not take this lightly.
Additionally, we have seen a major uptick in product demand at the same time. Please know that we are doing our best to get inventory back in stock and available for purchase on our website.
