As the largest public employer in our hometown, the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our community remains our top priority. Our constant, proactive approach to provide necessary support to our employees and expand benefits has been a solid mission for our daily task force. It is our responsibility to stay vigilant and do our part to help our community come out of this stronger.
After careful consideration, Benchmade will be proactively limiting on-site operations with a partial shutdown beginning Monday, March 23rd with plans to resume on-site operations Monday, April 6th. This is an important step to support our community’s response to help flatten the curve.
While difficult and unprecedented, we are doing our best to minimize the impact to our external Benchmade community and are still offering the following services; though some may have small delays:
Customer & Dealer Service:
Customer Service is available during normal business hours to assist with any questions you may have.
LifeSharp and Warranty Service:
We are still able to receive, process, and ship orders.
Drop-off through our Factory Store is unavailable until the store reopens.
A smaller team remains on-site to prepare and ship your orders.
Our online shop at Benchmade.com is open and offering free shipping on orders of $75 or more through April 6th.
This is a challenging time for all of us and we are doing everything we can to protect the Benchmade family and support our customers. We appreciate your understanding as we expand flexible work settings, hours, and service offerings. As mentioned earlier, we are committed to paying all employees regardless of position through this situation.
