Galco’s ownership and management have adopted a goal of improving the work-life balance of all of our team members, without sacrificing customer service. To that end, starting November 1, 2020 Galco International, LTD will begin transitioning to a four-day/ten-hour work week. Our office hours will be Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (MST) year-round. Phoenix does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
Factored into this schedule change is the inbound email/phone volume, and the observation that our outbound contact success rate on Fridays is relatively low compared to the other week days. We appreciate that this change may still take some planning and adjustment for our partners. We hope that our additional availability Monday through Thursday will offset any inconveniences and may even prove to be a net gain.
