Increase your brand’s participation and visibility at the 22nd Annual Science & Engineering Technology (S&ET) Conference. Enhance your company’s exposure by investing in a sponsorship, tabletop display, or conference program advertisement to build a stronger rapport with more than 200 executive-level S&ET leaders and policymakers.
Visibility Opportunities
Sponsorships
Maximize your organization’s visibility by becoming a conference sponsor. Sponsors are recognized both before the conference through online marketing and during the conference through on-site branding. Packages are available on a number of levels. Visit the Sponsorship Opportunities page for a listing of all available packages and their benefits.
Tabletop Displays
Demonstrate the benefits of your organization to the conference attendees with a tabletop display. Displayers receive a six-foot tabletop display in a high-traffic area, offering maximum exposure of your brand to showcase specific products or your whole organization. See the Display Opportunities page for more information.
Program Advertising
Highlight your organization with a conference program advertisement. All attendees receive a program at registration check-in, which means that your ad will be put directly in front of and in the hands of your target audience. Conference Program Ads are in color and can be invested at three different space tiers. See the Advertising page for more details.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
The 22nd Annual S&ET Conference planning team continues to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Attendees can expect to see the following at NDIA events:
MASKS: Currently in Florida, all individuals are recommended to wear face coverings according to CDC guidelines, but may make that choice for themselves. For any event taking place at SOUTHCOM, all individuals are required to wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating or drinking.
WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Additional venue space will be available to allow for attendees to spread out. Timed badge pick-ups will be implemented to reduce crowding at registration.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage areas will be designed to minimize touch points utilizing individually packaged or attended stations.
For more information and updates from NDIA about COVID-19, please refer to the NDIA Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update Page.
Registration and accommodations are anticipated to open in January 2022. Please continue to visit the NDIA.org/SET22 for updates.
