Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
The 2022 SOFIC planning team continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined and attendees can expect to see the following at 2022 SOFIC. If requirements change, we will notify all SOFIC registrants as soon as possible.
PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
MASKS: Currently, at 2022 SOFIC, masks will be required indoors regardless of vaccination status. Accordingly, all participants will be required to wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. Please plan ahead and bring your own face mask. A very limited supply of disposable masks will be available onsite.
WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Additional venue space will be available to allow for attendees to spread out.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage areas will be designed to minimize touchpoints utilizing individually packaged or attended stations.
