Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
The 2022 SOFIC planning team continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined and attendees can expect to see the following at 2022 SOFIC. If requirements change, we will notify all SOFIC registrants as soon as possible.
PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test. NDIA has partnered with SafeExpo for attendees to upload their proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test. The link will remain open until Friday, May 13 at 8:00 pm EDT. The following negative tests will be accepted: Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR, and Regular PCR, and must be administered by a medical professional. All tests must be generated by an official lab, pharmacy, or medical clinic. Proof of antibodies or any home-administered tests will not be accepted. On-site verification will be available but could result in delays in entering the Tampa Convention Center.
SAFEEXPO: NDIA has partnered with SafeExpo for attendees to upload their proof of vaccination. The portal to upload your proof of vaccination will remain open until Friday, May 13 at 8:00 pm EDT. Please bring the negative test report with you when you arrive at the Tampa Convention Center, upload of a negative test will not be accepted.
MASKS: Currently, it is recommended that fully vaccinated attendees wear a mask indoors, but they may choose not to. It is recommended that all attendees that are not fully vaccinated wear a face mask.
