EUROSATORY 2022: SIGNIFICANT PRESENCE OF THE AIRLAND SECTOR AT THE EXHIBITION

The world’s leading land and airland defense and security exhibition will be held from 13 to 17 June at the Parc des expositions of Paris-Nord Villepinte. It offers an essential business platform for all the sector’s players. This year, Eurosatory will focus on the airland sector with more than 250 exhibitors already registered. If you are interested in aeronautics, Eurosatory 2022 is an event not to be missed!

clip_image002Given the current geopolitical situation, the airland sector is more relevant than ever. Air defense, the use of helicopters and drones, etc. are major concerns for European governments, but also for other regions. This is reflected by the fact that more than 17% of the registered exhibitors are active in the airland sector. Among them AIRBUS, MBDA, THALES, RAFAEL, DIEHL, BAE SYSTEMS, DAHER, KONGSBERG, LEONARDO, LOCKHEED MARTIN, RHEINMETALL, ROKETSAN, HANWHA, ELBIT, EUROSAM, NORINCO… Throughout the 5 days of the exhibition, the professionals of the sector will have the opportunity to meet a large number of aeronautical subcontractors working in defense, vehicle and missile subcontracting, as well as in the aeronautical and space field.

Four helicopters will be exhibited at Eurosatory: three American helicopters, the Blackhawk, the Apache and for the first time the Chinook and Airbus’ H145M… a unique opportunity to see the equipment in action.

clip_image004At Eurosatory, more than a hundred registered companies offer drones and drone systems: among these, Aeronautics (Israel), AEROVIRONMENT (USA), Elistair (France), HONGKONG HIMARK ELECTRON MODEL, SKYBORNE TECHNOLOGIES (Australia). Almost all types of drones are on display. Visitors will be able to discover mapping UAVs, UAVs and tethered balloons, tactical UAVs, dual-propeller staggered-pitch UAVs, biomimetic UAVs, fixed-wing UAVs, micro-UAVs with docking station, swarm UAVs, mini-UAVs and many others.

The exhibition is also an international leader in the anti-aircraft field, with a unique range of air defense systems. More than 70 registered companies present products and services in this field, including AP-FLYER SP. Z O.O. (Poland), ApolloShield (Israel), DIGITAL RESEARCH AND CONSULTING CO.,LTD (Thailand)…

In addition to the products and services offer, Eurosatory offers many conferences sessions on the following themes: “HELICOPTERS / AEROCOMBAT” and “DRONES / ANTI-DRONES FIGHTING” to further develop the aeronautical segment. The programme includes*:

  • ·Aerocombat in the Sahel–Saharan Strip
  • RETEX – French Army Staff
  • · Future airmobile capability – French Army Staff
  • · French military helicopters, an excellence in the field of aerocombat – GICAT
  • · NGRC, vertical lift innovations to enhance operational capabilities – NATO/NSPA
