Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
The CBRN planning team is monitoring the COVID-19 situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the venue. Attendees should adhere to the following at the conference:
PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to badge pick-up. NDIA will only allow the following tests that are administered by a medical professional: Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR, and Regular PCR tests. Proof of antibodies or self-administered/at-home tests will not be accepted. COVID testing is the financial responsibility of the attendee.
MASKS: Attendees who are fully vaccinated (defined as 2 weeks after a 2 dose vaccine or 2 weeks after a single dose vaccine) may choose to wear a mask. Attendees who are unvaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times indoors.
WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Additional venue space will be available to allow for attendees to spread out.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage areas will be designed to minimize touchpoints utilizing individually packaged or attended stations.
