Seth Fields – Chief Operating Officer
Seth joins iRay with over 22 years of senior-level experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution. Most recently Seth was the National Sales Manager at Steiner Optics and brings a wealth of omni-channel leadership experience to the team.
D’Juana Munoz, CPA – Controller
D’Juana joins iRay with over 18 years of senior-level financial management experience in the fire protection, and gas and oil industries. D’Juana has extensive experience building winning teams and leading financial services for large, multinational firms.
Shane Irish – Service/Warranty Tech.
Shane is an experienced warranty and service tech with over 5 years of experience in the Hunt/Shoot industry with market leading companies, most recently with Sig Sauer. Shane will be the heartbeat of iRay’s unique 5-day turnaround promise on all after-sale support.
Cody Giffin – Account Manager
Cody comes to iRayUSA with an extensive background in thermal optics as a hunting guide at Three Curl Outfitters in North Texas. His considerable user experience combined with a background in the logistics industry made him a great fit for his new role here at iRay.

5-Year Warranty with 1-Week Turnaround Process
At iRayUSA we are first and foremost hunters and users of our products, and we understand that failure is not an option. One of our primary objectives at iRayUSA is to greatly improve the customer service level for the end user. We accomplish this through offering our industry-first 1-week repair guarantee, and by only working with highly qualified Authorized Dealers. During the published warranty period, iRayUSA will repair or replace, at its discretion, any optic that becomes defective from normal use. If we cannot repair an optic in less than one week, we will offer a replacement in like or better condition.
