Minister of Defense of Ukraine, H.E. Oleksii Reznikov
NDIA is proud to announce that H.E. Oleksii Reznikov, the Ukrainian Minister of Defense will virtually address the Future Force Capabilities Conference and Exhibition scheduled for September 19 – 22, 2022 in Austin, TX in an exceptional opportunity for the nation’s defense industrial base. On the heels of an escalating offensive in Donbas, Reznikov is set to appeal directly to NDIA attendees about his nation’s needs in the fight against Russia.
His speech will contextualise a four-day conference that features briefings on capabilities, keynote panels, technical paper presentations, exhibitions, and a live-fire demonstration.
Reznikov was appointed as Minister of Defense of Ukraine in November 2021. A seasoned lawyer and statesman, Reznikov previously served in several positions in Ukraine; Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration from 2016 to 2018, and deputy mayor-secretary of the Kyiv City Council from June 2014 to December 2015. Reznikov also served as Head of Ukraine’s national delegation to the Council of Europe from 2015 to 2016, and was chosen by President Volodymyr Zelensky on May 5, 2020 to represent Ukraine at the Trilateral Contact Group regarding the War in Donbas.

The Future Force Capabilities Conference & Exhibition planning team is monitoring the COVID-19 situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the hotel venue. Attendees should adhere to the following at the conference:
PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior at badge pick-up. NDIA will only allow the following tests that are administered by a medical professional: Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR, and Regular PCR tests. Proof of antibodies or self-administered/at-home tests will not be accepted. COVID testing is the financial responsibility of the attendee.
WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
