Specialized Recruiting for the Shooting Industry

March 15, 2023 –Edgemont, SD – HeadHunters NW, the premier executive recruiting firm focused exclusively and deliberately on talent acquisition for the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industry, announces it will host weekly live meetings to provide resources for those who work in the firearms industry. Weekly HeadHunters NW, Career Planning sessions, are scheduled for Wednesdays, and HeadHunters NW President Shaylene Keiner will host each interactive 30-minute Zoom session.

“Preparing people for success is an integral part of executive recruiting,” said Keiner. “And this weekly forum feeds into my mission of giving back. Many have questions about advancing their careers in the outdoor industry, and we have the experience and resources to help them.”

“Indicators point toward an economic slowdown, contributing to people experiencing uncertainty about their employment. We want folks to feel empowered and give them a comfortable place to ask questions and learn how to take positive career steps,” said Keiner. “It’s okay to feel tentative about your future when your job outlook is in question. It’s normal. Unfortunately, people with these worries often feel alone and helpless.”
