It's clear and visible in bright sunlight.In 2021 Vortex Optics introduced two new prism optics, the Spitfire HD Gen II in 3x and 5x. Impressive! Look for my review of the 5x offering in March.The FN 509 is one of the truly outstanding 9mm striker-fired pistols on the market. The external thumb safety model is hard to come by. I'd love to see a 509 Compact with a thumb safety as well.
